2026 Panhellenic Executive Board

Lauren Keith

A Letter from Our President

Hello and welcome to the UNCW Panhellenic community!

My name is Lauren Keith, and I am so honored to serve as the 2026 Panhellenic President. I’m from Wake Forest, North Carolina, and I’m currently studying Psychology. During my time on the Panhellenic Executive Board, I discovered a passion for bringing people together, uplifting chapter voices, and helping create a community where every woman feels valued, supported, and seen.

If you're considering participating in recruitment, I want you to know that this experience is about so much more than finding a sorority; it’s about finding a place where you can truly belong. College is full of new experiences, and having a community that encourages you, celebrates your successes, and stands beside you through challenges can make all the difference.

When I went through recruitment, I was hoping to find meaningful friendships and a place where I felt at home. What I found exceeded every expectation. Through Panhellenic, I found people who inspire me to grow, support me unconditionally, and have become some of my closest friends. It has shaped my college experience in ways I never imagined, and I hope every potential new member has the opportunity to find that same sense of belonging.

As you begin this journey, I encourage you to keep an open mind and trust the recruitment process. Every chapter within our Panhellenic community offers something unique, and each is filled with women who are passionate about leadership, scholarship, service, and sisterhood. Be yourself, ask questions, and remember that the best connections are made when you show up as your authentic self.

The Panhellenic Executive Board, Recruitment Counselors, and chapter members are all here to support you throughout recruitment. We know this process can feel exciting, overwhelming, and emotional all at once, and we are committed to helping you every step of the way. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, we're here for you.

We are so excited to meet you!

With love,

Lauren Keith
